License & Purchase Terms

1. What the product is

The Sovereign Author Website Kit (the "Kit") is a development accelerator: a starter codebase, configuration templates, and setup documentation derived from the Electric Astrology / Planetary Logic Controls platform. It is sold to save you the research and build time it took to create that platform.

The Kit is NOT a finished, hosted, or turnkey website, and is NOT a managed service. It does not write, publish, host, market, or sell your book for you.

2. License grant

Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-author license to use and modify the Kit to build and operate your own author website(s). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly republish, or repackage the Kit or its source as a competing template, kit, or course.

All underlying intellectual property in the Kit remains owned by Planetary Logic Controls LLC. The Electric Astrology name, branding, written content, and book materials are NOT included and may not be used.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: your own cloud accounts (Google Cloud / Firebase), domain registration, SSL, hosting and usage costs; your Stripe account and all payment, tax, and legal compliance; your own book files, ISBNs, cover art, and content; environment configuration, deployment, security, backups, and ongoing maintenance.

You confirm you are comfortable using a code editor with an AI coding assistant and following technical setup instructions. A working result depends on your own configuration and effort.

4. As-is; no warranty

The Kit is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uptime, error-free operation, compatibility with future third-party services, earnings, sales, traffic, or any specific result.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planetary Logic Controls LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the Kit or your use of it. Total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Kit.

6. Support

The Kit includes the agent-readable setup documentation shipped in the package. Unless separately agreed in writing, the price does not include one-on-one development, custom configuration, or ongoing technical support.

7. Refunds

Because the Kit is downloadable digital software delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued. By purchasing, you acknowledge and consent to immediate delivery and waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply.

8. Acceptance

By checking the acknowledgment box and completing checkout, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase the Kit.
